Odair Pereira is a Rotterdam-born designer of Cape Verdean heritage and the founder of DAIR Design, an award-winning fashion brand that brings together couture, culture, and community.
Inspired by his roots and personal journey, Pereira uses fashion as a powerful form of storytelling and self-expression.
Through his work, he champions inclusivity, diversity, and Pride, celebrating the voices and experiences of Black and LGBTQ+ communities.
For over a century, Victoria Hotel has been part of Amsterdam’s fashion story, welcoming creatives and innovators from around the world. In the post-war era, fashion icons including Christian Dior, Pierre Balmain, Elsa Schiaparelli, Nina Ricci, and Pierre Cardin showcased their designs within our walls.
Today, Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam proudly continues this legacy through Woven in Pride and its partnership with DAIR Design, celebrating creativity, culture, and the next generation of fashion storytellers.
