Designer Spotlight

Jinwon Kim

The show opened with the innovative designs of Jinwon Kim , a Korean fashion designer based in the Netherlands.
Known for her focus on construction, silhouette, and hidden storytelling, Jinwon blends modern artistry with thoughtful detail, inviting wearers to connect more deeply with each piece.

Her latest collection reflects the struggles and resilience of today’s youth, drawing inspiration from the lotus flower — a symbol of beauty rising from adversity.
Through her work, she explores how young people confront uncertainty yet continue to grow, evolve, and persist with strength.

Designer Spotlight

Jennika

At the fashion show curated by Surrounded by Fashion Idiots, designer Jennika captivated guests with pieces rooted in healing, transformation, and inner strength. Guided by her philosophy

“I create to confront and transform my inner struggles… aesthetics are my resistance” her collection opened with a dark vein–shaped textile sculpture symbolizing released heaviness.

She then reimagined the corset into fluid, unbound silhouettes that celebrate sacred femininity  a quiet, empowering force that liberates and grounds the wearer.
